Wall Mount Air Separators

Finally, a machine that literally pays for itself. The Wall Mount Air Separator System uses a pressurized vacuum method to provide high efficiency cleaning and precise upgrade separations of various agricultural and industrial products. Its ability to separate less viable and immature seeds, improves the quality of the lot and therefore, enhances seed germination. In addition, the user has the ability to control air flow and feed rate which helps to achieve purity.

When seed enters the feed chute, the light, split, and broken seed, chaff and other debris are lifted by air flow up through the column and are separated into 2 or 3 batching compartments (depending upon the model).

Seed Separator Uses

General Cleaning: The STS-WM2 & STS-WM3 can be used to clean seed by removing large particle/granular debris, chaff, inert material, pieces of broken seeds and other light unwanted materials.
Close Grading: The STS-WM2 & STS-WM3 can be used to "grade" seed based on density or volume weight (e.g., removal of light seed or insect damaged seed.)
Precision Upgrading: Detailed upgrading ,based upon a stratified, vacuum pressurized, calibrated air stream. The STS-WM2 & STS-WM3 will separate partially filled and immature seeds and improve the quality of the lot and therefore, enhance seed lot viability and germination.

Proven Seed Separation

The STS-WM2 & STS-WM3 separators have been proven to be highly effective in upgrading product and has accomplished what other processing machines do collectively using only a single-step process.

The WM2 & WM3 has been proven to recover seed losses from other processing machines. As much as 25-50% more seed yield was gained from the recovery with the same or higher germination.

STS WM2 Lab precision Separator

This is our shop vacuum wall mounted Separator System. This precision separator comes with a precision crank handle for vacuum calibration. Includes two basic upper chamber seed collection containers. The system includes a Vibratory Feeder and a Seed Collection box. Also, the system has a built-in acrylic shelf and a controller enclosure. This separator comes with a standard (1 15V, 1 phase, 60Hz) 195-CFM shop vacuum unit. The 230V, 1 phase, 50 Hz is rated at 175-CFM (Up to 40 lbs/hr.)

STS-WM2D (Deluxe) Precision Separator

This is our wall mounted Computerized Vacuum Separator System. This is our medium size Deluxe precision separator that includes: Two upper seed collection cups, Built-in acrylic shelf for the Vibratory Feeder and Feed Hopper. Also includes a Seed Collection box. This system comes with a built-in Computerized Digital keypad controller. This system has - 680 CFM vacuum with locking casters. (Up to 90 lbs. Per hour)

STS-WM3 Deluxe Precision Separator

This is our wall mounted Separator System. This is our larger wall mount Deluxe precision separator that includes a built-in acrylic shelf for the Vibratory Feeder and Feed Hopper. Also, includes a Seed Collection box. This system comes with an LED programmable computerized keypad vacuum control. This system has 800 CFM Vacuum with locking casters. (Up to 125 lbs per hour depending on species)
