USGR has served the seen industry for most of its 60 plus years in business in cooperation with equipment manufacturers for all types of seed processing and handling equipment. Literature and specifications are available on over 40 different types of product and systems that are available to processors worldwide using both 50 and 60 cycle electrical components. In cooperation with our own suppliers, we have entered into a cooperation with Crippen in offering individual products and integrated systems to our clients around the world. Crippen is a leader in integrated design of seed processing projects for all types of agricultural seed. They provide not only the individual pieces of equipment, but engineer and design complete processing lines to meet not only the needs of the client, but include expertise in processing an enormous number of seed varieties in both large and small quantity requirements for both rural and industrial applications.

We also offer some precision seed technology systems for extremely precise seed separation requirements, offering also vibratory feeders of varying size, laboratory, institutional, and government systems, separators and processors are available for those clients focused on research and development, trailing, testing and high tech small batch projects.

Mobile Metal Cabinet 80 CFM Vacuum Stratified Separator System, which features: Separator, control panel with a programmable computerized LCD keypad vacuum control operation. Feeder, Feed Hopper, a complete turn key operation. (25-125 lbs. Per hour depending on species)

STS-WM2D (Deluxe) Precision Separator (1/230v, 50/60Hz) $8,000 - $9,000
This is our wall mounted Separator System. This is our larger wall mount Deluxe precision separator which includes a built-in acrylic shelf for the Vibratory Feeder and Feed Hopper. Also, includes a Seed Collection box. This system comes with a built-in controller enclosure and the STS Deluxe 680 CFM STS Vacuum System with locking casters. (25-125 lbs per hour depending on species)

STS-WM2D (Deluxe) Precision Separator New! (1/230V, 50/60Hz) $7,800 - $8,600
This is our wall mounted Separator System. This is our medium size Deluxe precision separator which includes: Two upper seed collection cups, Built-in acrylic shelf for the Vibratory Feeder and Feed Hopper. Also includes a Seed Collection box. This system comes with a built-in controller enclosure and the STS Deluxe 580 CFM STS vacuum with locking casters. (25-90 lbs. Per hour)

STS WM2-SV precision Separator (Only Available in 1/115v, 60 Hz) $5,000 - $6,000
This is our shop vacuum wall mounted Separator System. This precision separator comes with two basic upper chamber seed collection containers. The system includes a Vibratory Feeder and a Seed Collection box. Also, the system has a built-in acrylic shelf and a controller enclosure. This separator comes with a standard 195 CFM shop vacuum unit. (15-75 lbs/hr.)

STS-WM2 Lab Separator is half the size of the WM2 Separator. 115 Volt, 60 cycle, single phase. Batch and continuous feed machine. Capacity 5 to 40 pounds per hour depending upon product density. This is shop vacuum wall mounted separator system. Two upper chamber seed collection containers. Includes Vibratory Feeder and Seed Collection box. Also has built-in acrylic shelf and controller enclosure.

This separator model comes complete with four programmable key pad operation. This system comes with a clear body construction with 4 multiple separation chambers, Feeder Stand, Feeder, a complete turn key package. 3/230V, 50/60 Hz system. This model processes ~ 80-250 per hour depending on seed density.

STS-MACS 503 3/230V, 50/60 Hz
This separator model comes complete with three programmable key pad operation. This system comes with clear body construction with 3 multiple separation chambers, Feeder Stand, Feeder, a complete turn key package, 230V, 3 phase, 60 Hz system. Feed Rate ~ 125-500 lbs. Per hour.

STS MACS 802 3/230V, 50/60 Hz
This separator model comes complete with two programmable key pad operation. This system comes with clear body construction with 2 multiple separation chambers, Feeder stand, Feeder, a complete turn key package. 230V, 3 phase, 60 Hz system. Feed Rate ~ 200-1000 lbs depending on seed density.

STS-1C CABINET CHAMBER SYSTEM (Gas) $19,900 to $22,400
The 1C Dryer (gas) has the exact specifications as mentioned above. The gas model units have a centrifugal blower, Propane or Natural gas, Modulating gas valve, Duct temperature sensing, Burner on/off thermostat, and other features.
